EXCHANGE-AS-A-SERVICE FOR AFRICAN FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS

One platform, built for regulation.
Custody, FX, stablecoin payments and brokerage.

Illustrative platform dashboard mockup

Infrastructure for African banks, microfinance institutions, SACCOs, fintechs and telcos to offer their customers custody, FX, stablecoin payments and brokerage - under their own brand, inside their own app.

WHY CUDUEX?

Get ready.
The financial world is
moving into digital assets.

Payments between African markets still route through correspondent banks in New York or London. Stablecoin rails can settle the same flow directly - and your customers are increasingly using them, outside the regulated system.

The Old Way

Custody

No custody, FX or digital-asset product to offer the customer at all

Compliance

Correspondent chain routed through New York or London

Reporting

Three-to-five-day SWIFT settlement

Risk

High all-in costs on intra-African corridors, on a shrinking correspondent network

Crypto Native Platforms

Custody

Peer-to-peer stablecoin apps with no institutional custody

Compliance

Jurisdiction-dependent, outside the regulated system

Reporting

No audit trail the institution can rely on

Risk

No recourse for the customer

CuduEx
Custody

Compliance

Compliance automated through one API, by design. You keep your brand, your customer and your KYC

Reporting

Designed for audit-ready reporting, generated automatically

Risk

Targeting same-day settlement

WHY CUDUEX

The benefits of building on CuduEx.

From day one integration to long-term growth - here is what CuduEx is designed to deliver for your institution.

Integration Time

Designed to go live without a core banking rebuild.

One REST API, instead of the budget and timeline an in-house build requires.

Your team

Built to minimise added operational burden.

CuduEx is designed as a fully managed service. You configure the products you want to offer - we will run the infrastructure.

Compliance

Your risk framework stays intact.

Designed to provide reports and data in the formats your auditors and in-market regulators already expect, and to slot into your existing risk framework.

New revenue

Retained deposits, plus a new fee line.

Revenue from customers you already have.

Competitive edge

Move first, on infrastructure your compliance team will be able to sign off.

The institutions that establish digital asset capability now will define the category for the next decade.

Partnership

We will enable your offering behind the scenes, once authorised.

A fully white-label solution that can be seamlessly integrated into your platform. Your clients, your customer experience.
